Comment: When I noticed the leak, I contacted Virginia’s Roofing. They immediately sent out Troy and Ashton, who thoroughly evaluated our roof. Ashton's expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start. Troy worked seamlessly with our insurance adjuster to ensure a fair quote for the necessary repairs. Their transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction stood out. The owner, Tim, personally inspected the completed work. Comment: Beware, I have the same house as my sister, and she lives about a 1/4 from me. Both houses were built the same year, same construction company back in 90's. Our roofs were both needing to be replaced. I went with these guys because I didn't like the others. My sister didn't go with Virginia's because she was got a 'proposal' for about $3,000 less from another company. I too had a 'proposal' for the lesser amount; however, I liked these guys better. When it was all done, my sister spent $500 more than me because that company charged for extras they claim weren't in the 'proposal'. In other words, I guess there's lots of company's giving 'lower estimates' and then charging more than what they said like my sister discovered. Troy, from Virginia's, told me he's heard of a lot of guys doing that. He said, cheap isn't always better; I'm happy with what these guys did, and I like the looks of my roof. My sister has also had several shingles blow off to deal with.

Comment: Man did these guys kick butt on my roof. I've had 3 other companies come out and try to fix a leak I had been dealing with for two years now. Steve said the other guys were just roof cementing it and that's why it keeps leaking. They tore out around by chimney and built a cricket and re-flashed it. No more leaks. I should have had these guys do my roof 3 years ago instead of hiring ********* (redacted).

Swiftly, they sealed the breach, leaving my home dry and secure. The veteran discount was a nod to shared service. Trust them—your roof deserves it. I called others and they wanted to do a costly replacement. Ashton and Stever inspected it and said they could repair it for a lot less and I'd probably be good for another 10 years before I needed to have it replaced. This saved me a lot and when it's time to replace it, I'm calling these guys.

Comment: I had a shower that started leaking and I had to turn off the water to it. Everyone I called never showed up or wanted too much to fix it. One guy even took it apart and left to go get parts after paying him $50 and he never came back. I'm 86 years old and on a fixed income so I couldn't pay much and that hurt. I told my daughter I couldn't shower and was washing up in the sink, she said to call these guys, Troy came over and he had it fixed in about 45 minutes, and it works great. The best part was he only charged me $35, and the owner let me pay $20 this month and the rest next month when I get my social security. These guys will be in my prayers this Sunday at church. Thank you, Troy, God will have a special place someday for you.

Comment: I just had my roof replaced and that windstorm we had blew off shingles. The roof was installed by someone else, and they would NOT warrant the work, so I called Virgina's. Ashton came out and looked at it and said that the other installers only nailed the shingles with 4 nails in each shingle instead of 6; plus, they didn't use ice and water shield or install the flashing properly. I'm pissed because Ashton states it all has to come off and be redone. He showed me pictures and I see what he means. I just wish I would have gone with these guys to begin with.

Comment: We had a lot of hail damage and needed someone to work with our insurance company that was certified and licensed. I hired these guys, and they fixed my roof, and it was all covered on my insurance but the deductible. I got a 35-year warranty and storm grade shingle.
