Comment: My furnace wasn't working. I called one of the traditional heating places and they looked at it and said it needed a major repair. I called Troy, I've used them in the past and they replaced it for me instead of spending money on endless repairs as the others wanted. No issues and they were able to set me up with an easy payment plan.

Comment: I needed someone to simply mow my lawn, not landscaping, or trimming, you know like the teenage kid down the street use to do. Everyone I called wanted $50+ and they charged me for edging and trimming regardless. A friend recommended these guys, and they simply charged me $35. What a relief, because I'm on a fixed income. I also wanted some weed & feed to put down, they charged me for a bag from Menards and only charged me $10 to apply it. They did a good job and Steve told me they do charge more for lawncare, but they have a simple mowing plan if you just want your grass cut and a little trimming. So, they were exactly what I was looking for.

Ashton's expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start. Troy worked seamlessly with our insurance adjuster to ensure a fair quote for the necessary repairs. Their transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction stood out. The owner, Tim, personally inspected the completed work. His dedication to maintaining high standards reassured us that we made the right choice. Tim’s military background added an extra layer of trust. His Ex-Air Force and I'm Navy, so I liked that!

Comment: Beware, I have the same house as my sister, and she lives about a 1/4 from me. Both houses were built the same year, same construction company back in 90's. Our roofs were both needing to be replaced. I went with these guys because I didn't like the others. My sister didn't go with Virginia's because she was got a 'proposal' for about $3,000 less from another company. I too had a 'proposal' for the lesser amount; however, I liked these guys better. When it was all done, my sister spent $500 more than me because that company charged for extras they claim weren't in the 'proposal'. In other words, I guess there's lots of company's giving 'lower estimates' and then charging more than what they said like my sister discovered. Troy, from Virginia's, told me he's heard of a lot of guys doing that. He said, cheap isn't always better; I'm happy with what these guys did, and I like the looks of my roof. My sister has also had several shingles blow off to deal with.

Comment: I just needed someone to fix an outside light for me, I called and talked to someone, and they sent over a guy, and he fixed it. There was a wire bad and had come loose. When I asked him what I owed he said, 'you owe me nothing'. I said that's not right you'll get fired, for which he relied 'I wish'; I'm the owner. You can pay me next time when you have a real problem. I'm 73 years old and it's nice to know there are still honest and trustworthy people out there. I forget his name, but he said he was ex-military and being honest and helping people was in his nature.

Comment: I have a commercial building and these guys are one of the few companies that are licensed for commercial buildings. They fixed my issues, no problems and would use them again. Hope this helps.

Comment: I heard you guys did roofs but when I had another roofing company ************ (redacted) they were about $3k less than you guys. You're too expensive. ADMINISTRATOR: This could be for several reasons, they could be only giving you a 'Proposal', they could be giving you a cheaper shingle, etc. In other words, you might not be comparing Apples to Apples. There are also a few contractors that deliberately give lower estimates then they charge you more for everything else, such as 70¢ per nail on decking, or decking replacement etc. Whereas with us, we don't do that. Also, we have no problem coming back out and taking a re-look and comparing pricing to see ways to save you money. If another company gives you a legitimate quote, we'll match it or beat it. Remember you get what you pay for, and cheaper construction is NOT what you want done at your home. We'll call you and schedule a revisit and see what can be done. It might be they're installing a cheaper IKO shingle.

Comment: These guys did great. They did what they said they would do, and I was glad I hired them. I called a few other contractors and they just seemed to be about doing a 'cheap and fast' job instead of doing it correctly. Troy, explained to me what was needed and what was wrong, I'm so glad I hired them. No complaints.

Comment: No issues. There was more damage once they tore off the roof than they thought. Thank God they worked with the insurance and got an adjustment. My Agent said that a lot of guys would just not have fixed it like these guys did. I got a roof now that will last the rest of my life. My sister needs a root put on her garage; I'm going to recommend these guys.

Comment: I just had my roof replaced and that windstorm we had blew off shingles. The roof was installed by someone else, and they would NOT warrant the work, so I called Virgina's. Ashton came out and looked at it and said that the other installers only nailed the shingles with 4 nails in each shingle instead of 6; plus, they didn't use ice and water shield or install the flashing properly. I'm pissed because Ashton states it all has to come off and be redone. He showed me pictures and I see what he means. I just wish I would have gone with these guys to begin with.
