Comment: I heard you guys did roofs but when I had another roofing company ************ (redacted) they were about $3k less than you guys. You're too expensive. ADMINISTRATOR: This could be for several reasons, they could be only giving you a 'Proposal', they could be giving you a cheaper shingle, etc. In other words, you might not be comparing Apples to Apples. There are also a few contractors that deliberately give lower estimates then they charge you more for everything else, such as 70¢ per nail on decking, or decking replacement etc. Whereas with us, we don't do that. Also, we have no problem coming back out and taking a re-look and comparing pricing to see ways to save you money. If another company gives you a legitimate quote, we'll match it or beat it. Remember you get what you pay for, and cheaper construction is NOT what you want done at your home. We'll call you and schedule a revisit and see what can be done. It might be they're installing a cheaper IKO shingle.

Comment: No issues. There was more damage once they tore off the roof than they thought. Thank God they worked with the insurance and got an adjustment. My Agent said that a lot of guys would just not have fixed it like these guys did. I got a roof now that will last the rest of my life. My sister needs a root put on her garage; I'm going to recommend these guys.

Comment: No issues, but they're not the cheapest in town. However, I went with these guys because they're properly licensed and bonded. Thank goodness I did because my insurance company helped cover some of the cost and some of the other contractors weren't properly licensed and would NOT have been covered by my insurance.

Comment: These guys were great, I just wish they were cheaper. I called around and got 3 estimates and they were more than one and less than another, so I picked them. **Update** Afterwards, I was glad because the cheaper company did my neighbor's house, and their roof is leaking, and they don't return calls. Thank goodness I went with Virgina's because they are bonded and insured and certified roofers.

Comment: I didn't use these guys for my roof, they were a few thousand more than another guy. I should have known; you get what you pay for. My insurance company would NOT pay for the work that was done and suggested I call Troy. He has me now on their schedule and will be using their payment plan to get my roof fixed; hopefully they can get me fixed up before I have any more problems. Anyone wanting work done, be careful there's a lot of shady contractors out there taking your money. Don't do like I did, cheap isn't what you want when someone is doing work for you.

Thank goodness I used these guys because I was going to use someone else before my agent told me to call these guys. If I would have used who I was going to use, it wouldn't have been insurable because the other contractor wasn't licensed and bonded. Comment: What I liked was they wouldn't just ******(redacted) rig it like I asked them to. Troy flat out told me that they don't do that type of work. He said there's a lot of guys out there that will take your money, but they're not going to be around or warrant it etc. I was just trying to save money is all. However, as cost keep going up, I'm sure it won't be any cheaper next year. I was surprised by the number of roofs Troy told me he walks away from because they don't do half-a** (redacted) work. I know one in particular they walked away from, and I see they have *** Roofing (redacted) doing it. It just makes you wonder is all. If I'm going to pay someone then I want the best, if you have cancer wouldn't you want the best surgeon? and not someone that is cheap and just takes your money? Comment: I didn't have these guys do my roof, but my father did and said I should ask Troy to come over and look at the workmanship before I paid the other contractor the final payment. Ashton and Troy came over and I know everyone has an opinion, but they pointed out several things that were wrong. They only charged me $75 and it was the best money I spent. The other contractor was pissed and tried to argue with me, but in the end they fixed it. Not sure if they do inspections or it was just a favor because my dad knew Troy, but I'm glad they helped me out. I should have just called Troy to begin with, but he was backed up and I didn't want to wait and I thought I could save some money.
