Comment: Man did these guys kick butt on my roof. I've had 3 other companies come out and try to fix a leak I had been dealing with for two years now. Steve said the other guys were just roof cementing it and that's why it keeps leaking. They tore out around by chimney and built a cricket and re-flashed it. No more leaks. I should have had these guys do my roof 3 years ago instead of hiring ********* (redacted).

Ashton's expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start. Troy worked seamlessly with our insurance adjuster to ensure a fair quote for the necessary repairs. Their transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction stood out. The owner, Tim, personally inspected the completed work. Comment: I used another company to install my roof about 3 years ago and now I have storm damage, so I called the manufacturer of the shingles because I had a 30yr. warranty. Finally, I got a representative out to look at the roof and they refused to warranty the roof because the contractor that installed it wasn't certified. I got a hold of these guys and Troy was able to work with the manufacturer and got some of it covered. But I still had to pay them to mostly redo it all. In the long run, learn from me. Ask to see their IL license and verify they'll stand by their work and will be covered. That's just my advice.

Comment: I just had my roof replaced and that windstorm we had blew off shingles. The roof was installed by someone else, and they would NOT warrant the work, so I called Virgina's. Ashton came out and looked at it and said that the other installers only nailed the shingles with 4 nails in each shingle instead of 6; plus, they didn't use ice and water shield or install the flashing properly. I'm pissed because Ashton states it all has to come off and be redone. He showed me pictures and I see what he means. I just wish I would have gone with these guys to begin with.

Comment: I like I was able to replace my roof and make payments! Two thumbs up. Ashton, their expert technician really impressed me with his knowledge and getting it done properly with Steve. Troy was the bomb when it came with dealing with the City Inspectors and Insurance Adjuster. I just sat back in my lawn chair and drank a beer and watched them work. They worked like a fine turned machine and I'm glad they were doing it and not me. My wife wants them to build a deck off the back of the house for us and pour a concert pad this summer.

I wish they did blacktop work, but Troy told me they do everything but that. It's so hard to find someone, half the people don't speak English nor return phone calls.
