Comment: I like I was able to replace my roof and make payments! Two thumbs up. Ashton, their expert technician really impressed me with his knowledge and getting it done properly with Steve. Troy was the bomb when it came with dealing with the City Inspectors and Insurance Adjuster. I just sat back in my lawn chair and drank a beer and watched them work. They worked like a fine turned machine and I'm glad they were doing it and not me. My wife wants them to build a deck off the back of the house for us and pour a concert pad this summer.

Comment: I hired someone else to do my roof and they f****** it up and never completed it and the section they did do was leaking. I had to have Virginia's come out and fix and finish it. Troy told me it would have been cheaper to just have him do it; but he saved me as much money as he could by reusing as much as he could from the other guys. I should have known something was fishy because the other roofers had me pull the building permit. I guess there's a lot of roofers running around but you have to be licensed and bonded to pull a building permit unless you're the homeowner. That's why they had me get the permit.

Comment: I used these guys but didn't like that they started so damn early on the roof. I told Troy I like to sleep in on Sunday and not to start until 10am. However, his crew showed up at 6am and started working. When Troy showed up, he said the weather called for rain and they needed to get it tore off and covered before it rained. It did start raining at noon, but they could have started at 10am, it wasn't raining then, or they should have come back in a day or two. Anyway, the insurance adjuster was happy with the quality of work, and they paid for it. Next time I hire them, I'll just stay at my mother's house so not to be disturbed.

Comment: I used another company to install my roof about 3 years ago and now I have storm damage, so I called the manufacturer of the shingles because I had a 30yr. warranty. Finally, I got a representative out to look at the roof and they refused to warranty the roof because the contractor that installed it wasn't certified. I got a hold of these guys and Troy was able to work with the manufacturer and got some of it covered. But I still had to pay them to mostly redo it all. In the long run, learn from me. Ask to see their IL license and verify they'll stand by their work and will be covered. That's just my advice.

Comment: I had a fire and my insurance company recommended them. Great job, no issues. Thank goodness I used these guys because I was going to use someone else before my agent told me to call these guys. If I would have used who I was going to use, it wouldn't have been insurable because the other contractor wasn't licensed and bonded. Comment: I didn't use these guys for my roof, they were a few thousand more than another guy. I should have known; you get what you pay for. My insurance company would NOT pay for the work that was done and suggested I call Troy. He has me now on their schedule and will be using their payment plan to get my roof fixed; hopefully they can get me fixed up before I have any more problems. Anyone wanting work done, be careful there's a lot of shady contractors out there taking your money. Don't do like I did, cheap isn't what you want when someone is doing work for you.

Comment: Man did these guys kick butt on my roof. I've had 3 other companies come out and try to fix a leak I had been dealing with for two years now. Steve said the other guys were just roof cementing it and that's why it keeps leaking. They tore out around by chimney and built a cricket and re-flashed it. No more leaks. I should have had these guys do my roof 3 years ago instead of hiring ********* (redacted).
