Comment: Used these guys a few times, never had any problems. They're probably one of the best in the area. They're often busy, so sometimes they have to schedule things, but I've never had any problems. If it's an emergency, they'll get right here like when my water heater stopped working.

Comment: My dumb a** was out BBQing on the back deck and had the grill to close to the siding and went inside prepping the chicken and when I came out, the grill had melted the siding. Was I pissed at myself, and sick to my stomach. My husband was pissed, so we called and talked with Troy, and he came out and looked at it and told me it wasn't really that bad, but it would just take some time to fix it, more labor than parts. Troy worked with my insurance and got some of it covered and impressed my husband. I came home yesterday from work and was surprised it was all fixed. If I didn't know any better, I wouldn't even know there had been a problem. There's just a slight color difference and Troy told me that once the sun works on it, it will fade and probably match 100%. So, no more BBQ grills next to the house because my husband had Troy build me a beautiful BBQ area with a concrete pad and kitchen counter area which was his little surprise to me.

Comment: We had a lot of hail damage and needed someone to work with our insurance company that was certified and licensed. I hired these guys, and they fixed my roof, and it was all covered on my insurance but the deductible. I got a 35-year warranty and storm grade shingle.

Comment: I had a roof leak and had several guys come out and look at it and they all quoted me replacing it. Ashton and Steve looked at it and said it was repairable. A lot of contractors just want to sell you on a new roof, but these guys patched it and gave me 10yr warranty and it was 75% cheaper than replacing it.

Comment: I have a couple of rental properties and needed some work done to pass my rental license inspection. I heard about these guys, and they fixed me up and they even handled getting my rental license. It saved me a lot of time and money, thanks guys.

Comment: I needed someone to simply mow my lawn, not landscaping, or trimming, you know like the teenage kid down the street use to do. Everyone I called wanted $50+ and they charged me for edging and trimming regardless. A friend recommended these guys, and they simply charged me $35. What a relief, because I'm on a fixed income. I also wanted some weed & feed to put down, they charged me for a bag from Menards and only charged me $10 to apply it. They did a good job and Steve told me they do charge more for lawncare, but they have a simple mowing plan if you just want your grass cut and a little trimming. So, they were exactly what I was looking for.

Comment: Wanted some things cleaned up and a shed tore down. I'm getting too old to do this stuff. Not a big job, but they came over and took care of it. While they were here, I had a flat tire on my car. Steve took it off and took it to have it patched for me. He didn't even charge me, I just had to reimburse him for what the tire place charged to fix it. So, I bought him and his worker 'Doug' a pizza for lunch. A nice bunch of guys and reasonable. The owner stopped by and scolded me for feeding the help, he said they'd get spoiled and would now want lunch every day. He was joking of course, but he and my cousin hit it off as they talked about their Army days and what the Cubs will be doing this year. Comment: These guys were great, I just wish they were cheaper. I called around and got 3 estimates and they were more than one and less than another, so I picked them. **Update** Afterwards, I was glad because the cheaper company did my neighbor's house, and their roof is leaking, and they don't return calls. Thank goodness I went with Virgina's because they are bonded and insured and certified roofers.

Comment: I didn't use these guys for my roof, they were a few thousand more than another guy. I should have known; you get what you pay for. My insurance company would NOT pay for the work that was done and suggested I call Troy. He has me now on their schedule and will be using their payment plan to get my roof fixed; hopefully they can get me fixed up before I have any more problems. Anyone wanting work done, be careful there's a lot of shady contractors out there taking your money. Don't do like I did, cheap isn't what you want when someone is doing work for you.
