Comment: Wanted some things cleaned up and a shed tore down. I'm getting too old to do this stuff. Not a big job, but they came over and took care of it. While they were here, I had a flat tire on my car. Steve took it off and took it to have it patched for me. He didn't even charge me, I just had to reimburse him for what the tire place charged to fix it. So, I bought him and his worker 'Doug' a pizza for lunch. A nice bunch of guys and reasonable. The owner stopped by and scolded me for feeding the help, he said they'd get spoiled and would now want lunch every day. He was joking of course, but he and my cousin hit it off as they talked about their Army days and what the Cubs will be doing this year. Nice to see local businesses still working and caring about service. Thanks, and PS> I'm a Sox fan

Comment: I have a commercial building and these guys are one of the few companies that are licensed for commercial buildings. They fixed my issues, no problems and would use them again. Hope this helps.

Comment: These guys are great. I had several people look at my roof and these guys impressed me the most. I'm so glad I had them do the work. They did an excellent job. Our insurance adjuster said it was the best workmanship he'd seen. I almost went with someone else, when I told my insurance agent it was ******* (redacted), he said good thing I didn't because he's had nothing but problems dealing with them. He also said that ************ (redacted) Insurance has never had problems with Virginia's and they're a preferred vendor.

Comment: I had a roof leak and had several guys come out and look at it and they all quoted me replacing it. Ashton and Steve looked at it and said it was repairable. A lot of contractors just want to sell you on a new roof, but these guys patched it and gave me 10yr warranty and it was 75% cheaper than replacing it.

Comment: I had a fire and my insurance company recommended them. Great job, no issues. Thank goodness I used these guys because I was going to use someone else before my agent told me to call these guys. If I would have used who I was going to use, it wouldn't have been insurable because the other contractor wasn't licensed and bonded. Comment: My mother lives in our old home and I'm states away and since my dad past she really doesn't have anyone to help her out. Eventually, she'll need to move to an assisted living facility, but until then she likes her independent life with her little dog. She's active in her Church and was getting some 'supposedly good Christians' to help her. I suspected she was possibly being taken advantage of, so I had these guys come check on a few things and I was glad I did. They took care of all her issues and charged me less than what those 'supposed Christians' wanted. Also, when talking with the owner, he was very understanding and even offered to stop by and check on mom if I ever had any worries. I thought that was nice to know. It's nice that there are still honest people helping others out of the kindness of their heart.

Comment: Putting a roof on is expensive and if you're spending that kind of money on a roof you don't want someone that isn't licensed and bonded. Beware there are too many 'shady' contractors out there and you'll get what you pay for. For me, I went with these guys, and it's been a few months and I'm so glad I did. Never just hire someone because they gave you the lowest price. These guys are competitively priced and don't do shady work. I recommend them 100%.

Comment: My furnace went out and it wasn't working so I called around and got ******** (redacted) to come look at it and the repair guy said the main board was bad and it would be $400+ to replace it (plus labor) and it would 3 days before they could get the part. I mentioned it to one of my co-workers and she said to call these guys. She said I know they do construction and thought they had furnace people too and maybe they could fix it. I talked to the owner, and he sent out Troy and Chris and they got it working. The batteries on the thermostat were bad and there was a broken /bad wire. It was less than $5 in parts and a $75 service call. I have no idea why the other guy said the main board had to be replaced, but Troy said that a lot of people just start replacing parts.

Comment: I had a couple contractors look at my roof and Troy impressed me the most. Also, the other contractor asked me to pull the roofing permit. I didn't know any better, but I went with these guys because they got back to me and followed up. They were a little more, but when I asked Troy if he wanted me to pull the permit. He said, what a silly question to ask. When I told him the other contractor said I had to pull the permit because it's my house; he said that's because the other contractor was NOT licensed (red flag). He told me licensed and bonded roofers pull the permit, and if anyone ever wants you to pull the permit then they're 'shady' and not licensed or bonded. Thank God I dodged that bullet.
