Comment: What I liked was they wouldn't just ******(redacted) rig it like I asked them to. Troy flat out told me that they don't do that type of work. He said there's a lot of guys out there that will take your money, but they're not going to be around or warrant it etc. I was just trying to save money is all. However, as cost keep going up, I'm sure it won't be any cheaper next year. I was surprised by the number of roofs Troy told me he walks away from because they don't do half-a** (redacted) work. I know one in particular they walked away from, and I see they have *** Roofing (redacted) doing it. It just makes you wonder is all. If I'm going to pay someone then I want the best, if you have cancer wouldn't you want the best surgeon? and not someone that is cheap and just takes your money? Get the best and have it done right is all I can say, and these guys did just that. Thanks guys, oh and PS> I'm a Packers Fan and we still got your number there 'Steve dah Bears' fan worker.

Comment: I had a fire and my insurance company recommended them. Great job, no issues. Thank goodness I used these guys because I was going to use someone else before my agent told me to call these guys. If I would have used who I was going to use, it wouldn't have been insurable because the other contractor wasn't licensed and bonded. Comment: I had a shower that started leaking and I had to turn off the water to it. Everyone I called never showed up or wanted too much to fix it. One guy even took it apart and left to go get parts after paying him $50 and he never came back. I'm 86 years old and on a fixed income so I couldn't pay much and that hurt. I told my daughter I couldn't shower and was washing up in the sink, she said to call these guys, Troy came over and he had it fixed in about 45 minutes, and it works great. The best part was he only charged me $35, and the owner let me pay $20 this month and the rest next month when I get my social security. These guys will be in my prayers this Sunday at church. Thank you, Troy, God will have a special place someday for you.

Comment: My furnace went out and it wasn't working so I called around and got ******** (redacted) to come look at it and the repair guy said the main board was bad and it would be $400+ to replace it (plus labor) and it would 3 days before they could get the part. I mentioned it to one of my co-workers and she said to call these guys. She said I know they do construction and thought they had furnace people too and maybe they could fix it. I talked to the owner, and he sent out Troy and Chris and they got it working. The batteries on the thermostat were bad and there was a broken /bad wire. It was less than $5 in parts and a $75 service call. I have no idea why the other guy said the main board had to be replaced, but Troy said that a lot of people just start replacing parts.

Comment: What impressed me the most was when these guys came out, they refused to just patch the roof as I wanted. I thought the customer was always supposed to be right? After Troy and Ashton were here, the owner personally came out and talked to me and said that there's lots of contractors that would be more than happy to just take my money, but he's not one of them. I thought about this and decided to call a few references and I was surprised he was right. Nobody complained about their work, and they stood behind what they did. So, I pulled the trigger on these guys and setup payments, I'm glad that I did because it this was the best solution and now, I won't have to worry about replacing/fixing the roof for the rest of my life!

Comment: Had them do some river rock and landscape timbers around my rental property. Looks nice, oh and they poured a new sidewalk for me too. I wish they did blacktop work, but Troy told me they do everything but that. It's so hard to find someone, half the people don't speak English nor return phone calls.

Comment: They did a good job, but they didn't start when they said they would. They were 3 weeks late starting on my roof. When I called Troy, he said it was because of bad weather and they were unable to start. I was just told a start date and was never told they couldn't install the roof if it was snowing and raining. Couldn't they just shovel off the snow? I just thought they'd start when they said they would.

Comment: We had a lot of hail damage and needed someone to work with our insurance company that was certified and licensed. I hired these guys, and they fixed my roof, and it was all covered on my insurance but the deductible. I got a 35-year warranty and storm grade shingle.

Swiftly, they sealed the breach, leaving my home dry and secure. The veteran discount was a nod to shared service. Trust them—your roof deserves it. I called others and they wanted to do a costly replacement. Ashton and Stever inspected it and said they could repair it for a lot less and I'd probably be good for another 10 years before I needed to have it replaced. This saved me a lot and when it's time to replace it, I'm calling these guys.
