I wish they did blacktop work, but Troy told me they do everything but that. It's so hard to find someone, half the people don't speak English nor return phone calls.

Comment: Man did these guys kick butt on my roof. I've had 3 other companies come out and try to fix a leak I had been dealing with for two years now. Steve said the other guys were just roof cementing it and that's why it keeps leaking. They tore out around by chimney and built a cricket and re-flashed it. No more leaks. I should have had these guys do my roof 3 years ago instead of hiring ********* (redacted).

Comment: I used another company to install my roof about 3 years ago and now I have storm damage, so I called the manufacturer of the shingles because I had a 30yr. warranty. Finally, I got a representative out to look at the roof and they refused to warranty the roof because the contractor that installed it wasn't certified. I got a hold of these guys and Troy was able to work with the manufacturer and got some of it covered. But I still had to pay them to mostly redo it all. In the long run, learn from me. Ask to see their IL license and verify they'll stand by their work and will be covered. That's just my advice.

Comment: I have a commercial building and these guys are one of the few companies that are licensed for commercial buildings. They fixed my issues, no problems and would use them again. Hope this helps.

Comment: This is a weird one, my garage door opener quit working, so I called ********* (redacted) because I heard them on the radio. They told me the main controller board was bad and it would be $250 to replace it. I said, not thanks because I could just purchase a new opener. The door would work if I pushed the button inside, but none of the remotes worked or worked sporadically. I changed battlers and everything, so it seemed logical it was bad. I went to Lowes and bought a new one and they recommended I have Virgina's install it. Troy came out and I told him what I wanted, and he looked at my old one and said it wasn't working because I had put in the wrong light builds. I though he was pulling my leg, so he replaced the bulbs, and it works great. He said certain LED bulbs interfere with the signal. He was right, I took my unopened box back to Lowes. Best part, there was no charge and I guess these guys know what they're doing.

Comment: Had a house fire and what a mess, my insurance agent suggested I use this company and they were great. They cleaned up the damage, replaced the wiring, and replaced the drywall etc. I was sick to my stomach, but when they were done, I ended up with a nice kitchen and you'd never know we had a fire.

Comment: Wanted some things cleaned up and a shed tore down. I'm getting too old to do this stuff. Not a big job, but they came over and took care of it. While they were here, I had a flat tire on my car. Steve took it off and took it to have it patched for me. He didn't even charge me, I just had to reimburse him for what the tire place charged to fix it. So, I bought him and his worker 'Doug' a pizza for lunch. A nice bunch of guys and reasonable. The owner stopped by and scolded me for feeding the help, he said they'd get spoiled and would now want lunch every day. He was joking of course, but he and my cousin hit it off as they talked about their Army days and what the Cubs will be doing this year. Comment: They did a great job on my roof and gutters. Their price was reasonable, and I financed part of it with them. My complaint is they were supposed to start on Monday but could not start until Wednesday because of weather. It took a few days after completing the roof to get the gutters done to because of snow. I just wanted the work finished before I went on vacation and had to wait until I was back to check their work. It was fine, I just wasn't happy I wasn't there the whole time.
